You'll be able to explore this vibrant city at your leisure, and we’ll help you find the best spots with a morning bike tour on day two that will give you a fresh understanding of Chilean culture and history. From there we will transport you to Chile’s southernmost Patagonia region where you will see the best of the unforgettable Torres del Paine National Park and the impressive glaciers of Bernard O’Higgins National Park. Next up, the vast wide-open Atacama desert where you will see an incredible landscape filled with salt flats, sand dunes, geysers, bubbling hot pots and majestic Flamingos. It's like no place on earth. We'll finish our tour with the jaw-dropping views on Easter Island. This grand finale will feature history-rich sites, white sand beaches, and the infamous stone head Moais. Farewells and flower necklaces will be given on the last day along with memories to last a lifetime.

Day 1: Arrival in Santiago

A representative will meet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel, you then have the afternoon free to explore the city.

Day 2: Santiago Highlight Tour (3 hours)

Join us as we head out into the hustle and bustle of downtown Santiago, where we will unveil the city's most renowned and defining sights. You'll enjoy an engaging adventure through our sprawling green parks before diving into the city's recent and painful political history surrounding General Pinochet’s notorious 1973 military coup.

See the downtown sites that continue to have lasting effects on the Chilean people, including our spectacular cultural center. This tour provides you with fresh knowledge and unforgettable memories of Santiago.

Day 3: Santiago Half Day Wine Tour

Pedal through a world-class family-owned vineyard with spectacular views over the Casablanca Valley. Located between Santiago and Valparaiso, Casablanca is Chile’s newly discovered cool climate valley and was named 1 of the 10 Great Wine Capitals of the World. This tour enables you to pedal through vines that are famous for producing Chile’s finest pinot noir, sauvignon blanc and syrah. Take a selfie whilst on your mountain bike with a backdrop to make all your Facebook fan’s jealous. Meet us at the vineyard or travel from our Valparaiso office with your guide to the winery, where your bikes and grapes await you.

Day 4: Santiago to Puerto Natales

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Santiago followed by transfer to the Santiago airport for your flight to Puerto Natales. We will have an airport representative meet you upon arrival and help transfer you to your hotel in Puerto Natales where the next journey will begin.

Day 5: Torres del Paine National Park

After breakfast we will head out for Torres del Paine National Park for a full-day tour. Enroute to the park we will start the day with a light walk through the Milodon Cave, named after the prehistoric giant milodons (sloths) that once roamed this landscape. Continuing to Torres del Paine we will take in the iconic landscape that Patagonia is famous for with impressive views of the Towers of Paine and Glacier Grey with its floating ice bergs. Overnight in Puerto Natales.

Day 6: Puerto Natales - The Balmaceda and Serrano Glaciers

After breakfast we will start for the Puerto Natales pier. We will sail along the coast through the Ultima Esperanza Fjord (Channel of Last Hope) where you can often see sea lions, Andean condors, elephant seals, cormorant colonies, as well as a variety of flora right from the ship. The ship will near the roughly 2000m Balmaceda Mountain belonging to the Bernard O’Higgins National Park before stopping at the Serrano Glacier. After a short walk around the border of the lagoon, the ship will take you to a local Estancia where you may enjoy a traditional Patagonian lunch. Overnight in Puerto Natales.

Day 7: Puerto Natales to Calama

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before transiting to the airport and getting your flight to Santiago and then onward flight to Calama. We will pick you up at the Calama airport and drive you to San Pedro de Atacama. After lunch and a brief rest we offer an afternoon excursion to the Valle de la Luna an area famous for its colored badlands, sand dunes and caverns. Overnight in San Pedro.

Day 8: Miscanti and Meñiques Lakes and Salt Flats

We will have an early start after breakfast and visit the small oasis town of Toconao with its historic church dating back to the 16th century. We continue from Toconao to the Salt Flats of the Atacama. The salt flats cover a vast area and at times are covered by water that is just a few centimeters in depth. The Salt Flats are famous for the 1000’s of Flamingoes and views of the Andes in the distance. We will have lunch and then continue on to the lakes of Miscanti and Miñiques (4,220m). The deep blue lake of Miscanti is overshadowed by the giant peak of Cerro Miscanti (5622m / 18445ft).

Day 9: Tatio Geyser & Machuca

Today we will get an early start (4am) for the thermal area known as Geiser del Tatio. It’s a beautiful landscape of geysers and bubbling hot pots set among the giant volcanoes of the Andes at 4380m. You will have plenty of opportunity to stroll about and talk photos while you enjoy the dramatic landscape. We will return to San Pedro in the early afternoon and you can relax the rest of the day. Overnight in San Pedro.

Day 10: Calama to Easter Island

We will begin the day with breakfast, then transfer you to the airport for an early departure for your onward flight to Santiago and connection to Easter Island. When you arrive at Easter Island our team will meet you when you land at the airport with a flower necklace, then you will be taken to Hotel Tiara Pacific. The hotel is located close to the city center so you can explore the rest of the day on your own. Afternoon is free for exploration or relaxation after the morning tour.

Day 11: Easter Island South Coast Moais

Full day tour (7 hours app.), After having your breakfast,Starting from Hanga Roa, following the southern coast visiting: multiple sites to view the Moais including Akahanga (not restored), Ahu Tongariki (restored with 15 Moais), and Ahu Te Pito Kura, "Navel of the World”. In addition we visit the volcanic crater and crater lake of Rano Raraku and the white sand beaches of Anakena. This beach is great for body surfing and you will have the opportunity to enjoy the warm Pacific Ocean. Passengers have the option of including dinner to the tour, which they would enjoy at the foot of the Volcano Rano Raraku.

Day 12: Easter Island - Orongo and Rano Kau

Start with breakfast and then you will be visiting the cave Ana Kai Tangata, Ahu Vinapu, the volcano Rano Kau (from where you will enjoy a spectacular view of Hanga Roa) and the astonishing ceremonial center of Orongo, where the birdman competitions (tangata manu) took place.

Day 13: Depart Easter Island

Breakfast and transfer to the airport. Return Flight to Santiago. End of Program.
